4. Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- The item is new, unused, and in original packaging
- The return request is made within 30 days of delivery
- The item has not been installed, used, or altered
- All original accessories and components are included
Used or installed products are not eligible for return unless defective upon arrival.
5. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

- Brief description
If approved, we will:
- Provide a prepaid return shipping label
- Offer a replacement or full refund

Restocking Fee:
- A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns
- The fee is deducted from the refund total
- Exchanges are not subject to restocking fees

If items are returned without using the provided return instructions, shipping costs may not be reimbursed.
