3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM CST are processed the same business day
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST are processed the next business day

Handling Time:

  • 1 to 2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays)

4. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States only.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes that cannot accept standard carrier delivery
  • Some remote or restricted locations may require special arrangements

5. Delivery Time

Total delivery time includes both processing and transit:

  • Handling Time: 1–2 business days
  • Transit Time: 2–7 business days
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 3–9 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or high demand.


6. Freight & Large Item Deliveries

Some products may ship via freight carriers due to size or weight.

  • Freight deliveries are curbside delivery only
  • The carrier may contact you to schedule a delivery appointment
  • Customers are responsible for bringing the item inside after delivery

If a product requires freight shipping or extended handling time, this will be clearly stated on the product page.


7. Shipping Costs

  • Free standard shipping is offered on most U.S. orders
  • Any additional shipping fees (if applicable) will be clearly displayed at checkout before purchase

Applicable taxes may apply based on your location.


8. Carriers

We ship using trusted national carriers, including:

  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • USPS
  • Freight carriers (for oversized items)

Carrier selection depends on package size, weight, and destination.

11. Delivery Issues

Delayed or Lost Packages

Marked Delivered but Not Received

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Contact us so we can assist with a carrier investigation

Damaged Items

  • Take clear photos of packaging and product
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

We will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.


12. Missing Items

If an item is missing from your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and item details

We will send a replacement or issue a refund.


13. Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused and in original packaging
  • A 25% restocking fee applies to approved non-defective returns

Return shipping:

  • Customer pays for non-defective returns
  • We cover shipping for defective or incorrect items

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after approval.

14. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses
  • If a package is returned due to an address issue, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment
