• Damage caused by improper handling, storage, or unauthorized modifications may not be covered.
• Do not perform unauthorized repairs or alter the product.

Warranty & Service

Floridian Brand provides warranty coverage and support directly to the end customer. The 2026 Rebel 4D owner manual states a two-year residential limited warranty beginning on the delivery date, with U.S.-based service and support.

• Covers qualifying manufacturing defects in the steel frame, rollers, motors, boards, consoles, belts, and power supply.
• Floridian Brand may repair or replace defective parts at its discretion; substitutions may be made if parts are unavailable.
• The warranty is non-transferable and applies to residential use within the United States.
• Cosmetic parts are excluded unless affected by a manufacturing defect.
• Improper use, misuse, accidents, neglect, weather exposure, power-supply problems, unauthorized repairs, insufficient maintenance, and exceeding product limits are excluded.
• Commercial or business use requires separate warranty terms from Floridian Brand.
