• Price: Listed MSRP is for the base sauna with no heater or optional accessories.

• Shipping: Free freight within the continental United States on qualifying sauna orders; a $320 residential delivery appointment fee applies. Alaska, Hawaii, islands, and some remote areas require a quote.

• Delivery: Curbside or end-of-driveway freight delivery. The customer is responsible for unloading the crate. Liftgate assistance is only available for crates 84 inches or shorter.

• Unloading: Larger crates require customer-arranged equipment, terminal pickup, or a tilt/tow truck. LeisureCraft-arranged tilt/tow service is $1,450.

• Lead time: Made-to-order timing varies by model and production schedule; Summit Revive will confirm the current estimated ship date.

• Assembly and installation: Assembly, site preparation, and electrical work are not included. Electrical connections must be completed by a licensed electrician.

• Warranty: 5-year residential limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, beginning when the original customer receives the product. Coverage is replacement-parts only and excludes labor and installation.

• Returns: LeisureCraft does not accept returns. Shipping damage or missing components must be reported within 30 days; photograph damage and note it on the delivery receipt before accepting the shipment.
